Justice Page Middle School team, Acacia Ridge, took first place out of 24 teams in the Minnesota regional Future City competition earlier this month.
They will now represent Justice Page, Minneapolis Public Schools and the state of Minnesota in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Feb. 17 at the Future City international competition.
The Future City program brings STEM to life by empowering students in grades 6-8 to imagine, research, design and build cities of the future that showcase solutions to real-world sustainability issues.
