No school Jan. 19 and Jan. 23
Minneapolis Public Schools will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19 as we honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and there will be no school for students on Friday, Jan. 23 for a teacher record keeping day. School year calendars and observance calendars can be found here.
When school is not in session, children can eat free meals and snacks at many community sites, including Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and Hennepin County Library locations.
