Review severe weather protocols

It is always our hope for learning to continue unless it is unsafe to do so. We continually monitor the forecast from the National Weather Service, and in the event of hazardous conditions, our teams will make a decision to close school no later than 5:30 a.m.

For additional weather related closures this school year, middle and high schools will have e-learning days in order to meet state-required instructional hours.

Pre-K to Grade 5

E-learning days begin after three weather-related or other cancellations. We have had two so far this school year.

Middle and High Schools

E-learning days begin after two days of cancellations.

Pre-K to Grade 8 Schools

E-learning for pre-K to grade 5 starts after three days of cancellations

E-learning for grades 6-8 starts after two days of cancellations

Seward Montessori

E-learning will begin after three days of cancellations, following the pre-K through grade 5 guidelines.
