Candidate Filing for School Board Seats

The window for candidates to file for the four MPS school board seats on the ballot this fall will be open from May 21 to June 4, 2024. These seats represent Districts 2, 4, 6, and one at-large/citywide. To learn more about the school board elections, visit the election section of the school board website or the website for the City of Minneapolis’ Elections & Voter Services, the office that runs MPS elections. All candidates must follow the process outlined by the Election & Voter Services office.
