  • MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b) (attorney-client privilege) to discuss potential litigation in an employment-related matter. 
     
  • MN Statute Section 13D.03 to discuss the district's strategy related to labor negotiations with Council 14 Service Employees International Union (SEIU) - Custodians: Local No. 284.
