The meeting will be closed to the public as permitted by:

• MN Statute Section 13D.03 to discuss the District's strategy related to labor negotiations with the Minneapolis Principal’s Forum (MPF), Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local No. 284 – Custodial, the Association of Minneapolis Professional Employees (AMP), the Minneapolis Association of Administrators and Supervisors (MAAS), and the Minneapolis Association of Confidential Administrators (MACA)
• MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b) (attorney-client privilege) to discuss litigation filed against Special School District No. 1 by the federal government;
• MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b) (attorney-client privilege) to discuss potential litigation by Special School District No. 1 against the federal government;
• MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b) (attorney-client privilege) to discuss potential litigation in an employment-related matter;
• MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 2(b) for preliminary consideration of charges and allegations against an individual subject to the Board's authority.
