Joint Statement from Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Hopkins Boards of Education

We are deeply saddened by the tragic events that occurred today at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. Our hearts are with the families, students, educators, and community as they face an unthinkable loss.

In moments like these, the boundaries between districts and schools fade away. We are one community of educators and families, united in our care for children and our commitment to their safety and well-being. While no words can ease the pain of today, please know that we stand alongside you in grief, compassion, and solidarity.
