MPS School Board Updates Meeting Guidelines

Beginning with the April 12, 2022 regular business meeting, the MPS School Board will update the following meeting guidelines to return to some pre-pandemic practices

• Pre-registration to attend meetings will no longer be required. 
• If the board room reaches capacity, a livestream of the meeting will be made available in an overflow space.
• Public comment will take place entirely in-person. Those wishing to provide public comment must still register in advance of the meeting, following the process and guidelines here: https://board.mpls.k12.mn.us/comment.
• Regular and special business meetings and regular committee of the whole meetings will continue to be streamed live on https://mps.eduvision.tv/LiveEvents and on Minneapolis Comcast Cable Channel 15
• Masks are optional at meetings.

These guidelines are subject to change without notice if warranted by a change in public health conditions.
