Zion Webster
Zion Webster has been volunteering at local pet clinics for a year, obtained an internship at Cookie Cart, Best Buy teen tech center and Fresh Films, (presenting in their 2025 charity classic, which raised 8 million for tech centers) and other volunteering events. He is very community focused and determined to advocate for change for all MPS students; especially those voices that often go underrepresented.
North High Principal Mauri Friestleben had the following to say about Zion: “Zion Webster is the PERFECT choice for Student Representative on the MPS Board of Education! Having had the privilege of being his principal from his elementary school years to now his high school years, I have witnessed the most lovely blooming of youth. A blooming that is layered with wisdom, care, and depth. Zion has a capacity beyond his years to hold space and hold complexities in a way that gives me great hope for our collective future!"
