On June 9, 2026, the school board approved a resolution that directs the Superintendent and her team to develop three options for program changes by September 2026 for board consideration. 

In October 2025, the school board passed a resolution defining transformation and outlining information that they would like to receive as the district moves forward in the transformation process.

In November 2024, staff presented an update to the school board regarding the December 2023 resolution outlining the four areas below.

In December 2023, the school board passed the resolution initiating the transformation process. Dr. Sayles-Adams started her tenure as Superintendent in February 2024. She hosted a 100 Day listening tour and continued the work outlined by the school board.
