About the Office of Latine Achievement (OLA)

The Office of Latine Achievement (OLA) is dedicated to advancing educational excellence, equity, and belonging for Latine students. We partner with schools, families, community organizations, and district leaders to ensure that Latine students have access to the opportunities, resources, and supports they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Through culturally responsive practices, family engagement, leadership development, and targeted student supports, OLA works to create learning environments where Latine students feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Our Impact

OLA positively impacts student success through direct services, advocacy, and collaboration across the district. Our work includes providing one-on-one academic coaching for high school students, helping them strengthen academic skills, set goals, navigate challenges, and prepare for postsecondary success. We also facilitate small-group social-emotional learning experiences for middle school students, building confidence, resilience, leadership, and a stronger sense of belonging.
