Government Relations
The Government Relations Department represents the interests of the Minneapolis Public Schools before the following government bodies:
- Hennepin County;
- City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park Board;
- The Minnesota Legislature;
- The Executive branch, from the Governor's Office to executive agencies; and
- Minnesota's Congressional Delegation.
Our goal: Secure the public policy reforms and resources needed to ensure that all students learn.
