Scope of Work

Building wide replacement of the fire protection sprinkler system.

August- 

Sprinkler system work scheduled for completion on or before August 15th.

July-

Replacement of sprinkler system in process.  Work to be completed in August.

June- No new updates.

May-

Pre-construction planning in process – summer upgrade of the fire sprinkler system.

April-

Construction Results Corporation is under contract to perform the fire sprinkler upgrade.

Contractor is reviewing the site and preparing for summer construction.

March-

Contract with Construction Results Corporation is on the consent agenda for the March Board meeting.

February- 

Construction Results Corporation was awarded the contract for the fire sprinkler upgrade.

Contract will be on the March Board Consent Agenda

Construction – summer break 2024.

January - 

Bid documents have been issued and the project is in bidding.
