December 2022:  We are awaiting final execution of the construction contract and will begin pre-construction activities soon.  Construction is expected to begin in June 2023.

November 2022:  A Notice of Award was sent to Shaw-Lundquist Construction.  The contract will be reviewed for approval at the December 13, 2022 BOE meeting.

October 2022:  Bids were received and are being evaluated.

September 2022:  The project was is being solicited for bids for Summer 2023 construction.

April 2022:  The bid received exceeded the project budget.  This project will be reevaluated and rebid in the Fall for Summer 2023 work.

March 2022:  Documents have been solicited for bidding.  Bids are due on 3/22/2022.

February 2022:  Construction Documents are being developed.

January 4, 2022:  Design Development is complete.  Construction Documents will be developed in the next month.
