Summer boilers are ahead of schedule - Complete by September 2026 rather than December 2026

April-

Boilers 2026 Construction – five (5) sites will receive a new condensing boiler to improve energy efficiency and redundancy.  The project is ahead of schedule.  Original completion date was December 2026; the revised substantial completion is August 2026.

1.      Sullivan – new condensing boiler is set, connections in progress

2.      Andersen – new condensing boiler is set, connections in progress

3.      Green Central – new condensing boiler installation by July 2026  

4.      Jenny Lind – new condensing boiler installation by July 2026

5.      Pillsbury – new condensing boiler installation by July
