Scope of Work

The project scope has reached schematic design and continues to be refined. The overall goal is to renew the most critical electrical and mechanical assets which are crucial to HVAC reliability and performance.  Depending on budget availability, the work may include replacement and upgrade to electrical and mechanical equipment which services approximately eighteen (18) classrooms.  The scope of work will include the replacement of eighteen (18) unit ventilators and associated connections, fittings and any incidentals necessary to successfully complete and commission within budget and schedule.  Scope of work may also include the updating of ceiling finishes and LED lighting in many classrooms within Bryn Mawr.
