Scope of Work

The project scope continues to be refined within budget. The overall goal is to renew the most critical electrical and mechanical assets which are crucial to HVAC reliability and performance.  Depending on budget availability, scope of work may include the renewal or replacement of the electrical and mechanical equipment such as eighteen (18) unit ventilators, six (6) air handling units, one (1) make up air unit, eleven (11) vav’s, thirteen (13) unit heaters, four (4) return/relief fans and seven (7) exhaust fans, associated connections, fittings and any incidentals necessary to successfully complete and commission within budget and schedule.
