• Jorgenson Construction Inc. (JCI) has mob’d to site and begun “non-disruptive” work during school hours.
• We’ve Id’d some CODE issues that need to be resolved via Change Order.
• JCI on schedule and no budgetary issues at this point.

March -

• JCI – Jorgenson Construction Inc., has mobilized and is doing non-disruptive work during the day’s until Summer 2025.
• Submittal Processing
• RFI Processing

February -

• Had the Pre-Con yesterday
• Jorgenson Construction Inc., is waiting on Permit from City of MPLS.
• Planned start is 5Mar25 allowing some days for move out.
  • JCI will complete non-disruptive work during the school day
  • Saw cutting will occur prior to or after school
• JCI is in the mobilization/start up mode.
