July:

Started in AUDITORIUM on 1May24

1. Demo complete
2. NAC & Gopher Stage Lighting are working on wiring and installation of stage equipment for the next few weeks.
3. Floor Prep & Sealer will occur in the next week or so.
4. New Seating to arrive end of July for install in early August.

Science Classrooms (302, 304 & 334):

1. Abatement complete
2. Demo existing millwork complete
3. Demo Wall openings for plumbing
4. Electrical Piping rough in occurring
5. Core drilling for plumbing occurring
6. New Cabinets/Casework to arrive end of July

Project on schedule and within allocated Budget.

May: Pending input from MPS Board

January: No new updates

March 2023:  Bids were received.

February 2023:  We are currently working on construction documents.  The project will be posted for bids later this month.

January 2023: New stainless steel hand-railings were installed on all the stairwells to aid special needs students in their transitions from space to space.  Railings now meet ADA code requirements.  Work was completed by Morcon Construction and LSV Metals.
