Multi-Site BAS Upgrades

Scope of Work

We are on Phase 2 of this project.  The Phase 2 sites are Northstar, Cityview, Davis Center and Roosevelt High School.

Cityview:

Davis Center:

Northstar:

Roosevelt High School:  

  • Work

 

Phase 1 of upgrades to the Building Automation Systems (BAS) at multiple school sites. These sites include Webster, Edison HS, South HS, Washburn HS, Lake Harriet Lower, Sanford and Wilder Complex.

Edison High School:  

  • Work has been completed

Lake Harriet Lower: 

  • Work has been completed

Sanford:

  • Work has been completed

South High School:

  • Work has been completed

Washburn High School:  

  • Work has been completed

Webster:

  • Work has been completed

Wilder Complex:

Project Updates

2026

February-

Work Completed for phase 1.

Phase 2 update - Cityview upgrades are complete. Work is happening at Northstar currently.

2025

October-

Phase 1 is closed and we are kicking off Phase 2. Phase 2 sites include Cityview, Roosevelt, Northstar, FAIR and Davis Center

August-

We are working on the last site now. Bidding for Phase 2 of this project is complete.

June-

Phase 1 will be wrapped up Summer 2025. We are designing Phase 2 now, and will bid June and July 2025. Multi-Site BAS Upgrades Phase 2 will be advertised on Quest CDN.
