Multi-Site BAS Upgrades

Scope of Work

Upgrades to the Building Automation Systems (BAS) at multiple school sites. These sites include Webster, Edison HS, South HS, Washburn HS, Lake Harriet Lower, Sanford and Wilder Complex.

Project Updates

2025

October-

Phase 1 is closed and we are kicking off Phase 2. Phase 2 sites include Cityview, Roosevelt, Northstar, FAIR and Davis Center

August-

We are working on the last site now. Bidding for Phase 2 of this project is complete.

June-

Phase 1 will be wrapped up Summer 2025. We are designing Phase 2 now, and will bid June and July 2025. Multi-Site BAS Upgrades Phase 2 will be advertised on Quest CDN.
