Scope of Work

Renovations to the construction lab, small engines and auto shops’ areas. A temporary entrance and office area will be developed. The CTE center is a multi-year renovation project to transform the east portion of Roosevelt into a CTE hub.

 

Project Updates

May-

Bid opening for Phase 2 held on May 14th, 2026. LSE Architects recommends award of contract to Rochon Corporation contingent on Board of Education approval.

April-

Revised Phase 2 documents posted for bids on April 14th, 2026 (OP#26-2623)

Mandatory pre-bid meeting held on April 29th, 2026.

March-

Construction Results Corporation finalizing the installing of the construction lab dust collector sweeps and controls for Phase 1.

February-

Phase 1 owner trainings and close-out documents in progress.

January-

Substantial Completion signed January 16, 2026  for Phase 1 delayed work (Overhead door 1024B in Collision, dust collector system, completion of secure entry items, electrical punchlist items, mechanical insulation and identification, TAB and commissioning items).

December-

Bid opening for Phase 2 held on December 16, 2026. No contract awarded as all bids received were over project budget. Revision of Phase 2 schedule and phasing underway.

  • CRC (Construction Results Corporation) set to Mobilize & Begin on 11Jun25.
  • Moving/Abatement to be coordinated with CRC.

April-

  • Construction Results won’t begin until around 12Jun25
  • We are in the pre-construction phase.  Submittals and etc., prior to construction.

March-

  • Construction Results
    • Contract start up
    • Submittals

February -

  • In Contract award phase.
  • Construction Results submitting “Notice of Award” and “Notice to Proceed” submittals.
  • Pre-Construction Conference to occur sometime in April or May.

January -
