Full EDIA Reports

The Equity and Diversity Impact Assessment, also known as EDIA, involves three phases:

  1. Conducting a study to identify and examine inequities in policies and practices

  2. Developing and implementing an Action Plan that addresses the findings from the EDIA Study

  3. Monitoring progress on the Action Plan implementation

Additionally, MPS partners with the EDIA Committee - an advisory and consulting group who provides equity considerations on the study, action plan, and progress monitoring updates.
