My Ride K-12
New transportation app!
We're excited to introduce My Ride, a new GPS app for caregivers to request busing for students and access route notifications.
My Ride K-12 can send notifications about the bus's estimated time of arrival (ETA) to a bus stop. Make sure to turn on the notifications that your family wants to receive. This can be done in the Settings of your My Ride K-12 account.
If you prefer not to use the app, caregivers can set up an account and request transportation on the My Ride website. Bus arrival notifications are only available from the app.
Update: the fall Save Your Seat transportation request form is currently closed. Contact your school to request busing at this time.
- Transportation requests received now will be effective after the first day of school.
- Families will be notified once their student is assigned to a bus.
If you requested transportation, you can view bus stop information in your My Ride app now. Families without a My Ride account should have received their student's bus stop information via email.

My Ride improves family & student transportation experience
My Ride is a GPS tracking app that enables families to track their child's yellow school bus and provides real-time notification updates.
Highlights of the new technology include:
- Families will be able to track their student's yellow bus using My Ride, the new GPS tracking app.
- This app tracks a student's full bus schedule including alternate pick up or drop off locations and afterschool program busing.
- Bus drivers will be able to navigate their route using live navigating instead of paper route copies.
- Enhanced safety and security features will support students' and drivers' safety on the bus.
