Save Your Seat on the bus for the 2026-27 school year!

Bus service needs will automatically roll over from the previous year, so most families do not need to take action unless your information has changed.

You only need to request transportation if:

  • Your child is newly enrolled in an MPS school (new to the district)
  • Your home address has changed
  • Your transportation needs have changed (such as a new daycare or no longer riding the bus)

How to request transportation:

Contact the District Communications Center (DCC) at 612-668-2300 to request transportation for next fall, or contact your school office directly after August 10.

Families will receive bus schedule information in mid-August for the new school year.
