Eduvision is a website used for video hosting.

There are two Eduvision websites.

Eduvision Community (blue) is used by our community and families members to access board meetings, graduation livestreams, etc. Videos on the community portal are publicly available to anyone in the world with access.
Eduvision MPS-Internal (orange) is used by teachers and other employees to store and share videos. Videos on the internal portal have options for privacy settings.

For data privacy concerns, some resources may require you to sign in to Google Chrome with your MPS email in order to see them.

*Note a video channel and a video playlist are two different things.

🌟 INTERACTIVE SIMULATION: Add Captions to a Preexisting Video

If you're having troubles accessing your videos on Eduvision, make certain that you're on the MPS-Internal site. Remember, there are two Eduvision websites: one to share graduations and board meetings with our community, the other for MPS employee use.
If you want to add another MPS employee as a channel manager/editor but they don't appear in the system:
- Have the employee sign in to Eduvision.
- Wait 2 minutes, and then they should appear.
