The eHelpDesk is a website where MPS employees can submit eTickets to:

  1. request support with technology (gain access to a system, ask for cables, etc.)
  2. report broken technology

MPS employees can submit an eTicket to report difficulties with technology. To request an update to The Source, submit an eTicket and choose the "Online Training" category.
