The eHelpDesk is a website where MPS employees can submit eTickets to:
- request support with technology (gain access to a system, ask for cables, etc.)
- report broken technology

MPS employees can submit an eTicket to report difficulties with technology. To request an update to The Source, submit an eTicket and choose the "Online Training" category.
