ListServ is a digital tool that automatically sends emails to a specific group of addresses.

There are three roles within the ListServ system:

  1. Owner: An employee who manages moderators and subscribers.
  2. Moderator: An employee who can approve and reject emails.
  3. Subscriber: An employee or community member who receives emails.

The majority of MPS employees are "subscribers". Employees cannot unsubscribe from this service as this is how MPS communicates important news to its employees.

MPS employees can submit an eTicket to report difficulties with technology. To request an update to The Source, submit an eTicket and choose the "Online Training" category.
