Self Service is a software tool used on iPads and MAC computers. Self Service allows you to install pre-approved apps and programs on your device by yourself; without having to contact IT Services.

A computer is a device that can store, share, and modify data. At MPS, we use Chromebooks, MAC, and Windows/PC computers.
The HelpDesk is a website where MPS employees can submit eTickets to:
- request support with technology and equipment
- report broken technology.
Software Center is a software tool used on Windows/PC computers. Software Center allows you to install pre-approved apps and programs on your computer by yourself, without having to contact IT Services.
MPS employees can submit an eTicket to report difficulties with technology. To request an update to The Source, submit an eTicket and choose the "Online Training" category.
