For data privacy concerns, some resources may require you to sign in to Google Chrome with your MPS email in order to see them.

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows MPS staff to access systems that require connection to the MPS network, such as SAP and shared network drives.

If your position requires you to have VPN access, you need to fill out the Virtual Private Network (VPN) access request form

  • A VPN connection is NOT needed to access email, Infinite Campus, the ESS portal, or staff intranet sites.
  • A VPN connection is ONLY required if you are working remotely AND you need to access school/department shared drives or SAP.

  • Staff who have not used their VPN access in the past 6 months will be removed from VPN at the end of each school year.
  • If staff need access for the following school year, they will need to complete the access request form and get approval from their supervisor to regain access. 

 

MPS employees can submit an eTicket to report difficulties with technology.
