The Poly Studio Camera is classroom equipment designed for virtual conferencing that includes camera and audio capabilities. They're available to a limited number of 6-12 teachers.

Make sure to open the camera shutter using the slider button located below the camera lens.

If you’re experiencing issues with the remote, first make sure there are batteries in the remote. Next, you’ll need to pair it with the camera using the Bluetooth pairing button on the camera and the mute button on the remote.

Disconnect the Poly Studio camera from power or the computer, and reconnect it.

Restart your computer.
